I finally get a seeker S-1 board (by Western automation) to upgrade
my total RAM to 768k. But every since I have done so, I can hear
strange sound from my computer whenever there is I/O performed in
my ramdisk. Will the RAM chips singing? I suspect it is because of
the power supply can not handle the peak current demand due to the
large amount current drawn by the 512k RAM on the S-1 board.

Any suggestion?

Sorry Yuhen, but your suspicions are wrong. The TIPC's power supply
is more than enough for 768K (even if 512K is on one board), a
winchester, and a coupla more boards stuck in there. Hey, I run a
TIPC with a Persyst (512K, serial port, clock) board, a TI serial
card, Winchester, display card (with all 3 graphics planes), along
with an old speech board. This will fill up every slot in a TIPC
with the power hogs being the Winchester (and it's controller), the
Speech board, the Persyst card, and the video/graphics board in that
order and I haven't had any problems at all with insufficient power
in the past two years!

Are you doing I/O to the screen??? I've heard some TIPCs that make
various noises when the display is written to but never due to RAMdisk
activity. I'm not sure what causes this but it's probably an old
video display board.
