This book is actually on sale in the UK and has been for at least the last
two weeks. I've been contemplating whether to buy it but at 9 pounds I think
I'd be more likely to wait for the paperback considering the previous books.
I don't know why its on sale here and not in the states yet. Things don't
normally happen that way.
