I'm having a little trouble getting our Microsoft Fortran Compiler
to work with our AT. The program compiles and links ok, but then when
I try to run it it causes the system to hang. We have the co-processor
chip, and I linked it with that library. I tried following the procedure
for not using the co-processor routines, and that doesn't work
either. In fact, even the demo program included with the compiler had the
same problem. The programs work fine on a regular PC, but not with the
AT. Does anyone have any ideas? Am I doing something wrong, or is our
version of the compiler old, or does this product not work with the
AT's? I'm not that familiar with using the compiler, so it may be something
I'm doing wrong.

urrently running MS Fortran 3.3 under DOS 3.0 on an AT with a 80287 coprocessor.Have not encountered any problems, except when running without coprocessor,
set no87= is required to get nonzero answers. I suspect that you have an older relase fo the compiler, which Microsoft's personnel were confused about
AT compatability.
