Does anyone have (or know the whereabouts) of a machine
language graphics dump for the Okidata Miicroline 82A printer
with the Okigraph APA graphics PROM chips installed?
An associate of mine has several IBM PC BASIC programs
which use the DOS GRAPHICS.COM program to dump a graphics screen
image to any printer compatible with the IBM Graphics Printer (a
modified Epson MX-80). Okidata Microline 92,93 and 84 Step 2
printers can be modified by installing Okidata's Plug-n-Play
PROMS to emulate the IBM Graphics Printer (with the resulting
loss of the foriegn language character sets). With the model
82 and 92 printers, however, this modification replaces the
Okigraph APA Graphics PROMS and provides only block character
graphics.
I need a machine language graphics dump that I can call
from PC BASIC to dump the IBM PC 320 x 200 graphics screen to an
Okidata Microline dot-matrix printer with the Okigraph PROMS
installed.
Please respond via mail.
