I'm looking at PLINK86 because I need to link some C
(Lattice, DR, or Mark Williams) with some MS-Fortran
(yeah I know but the routines were written when I got here)
or DR-Fortran-77.

Comments on the C packages would be welcome also because we haven't
purchased it yet.  My boss is leaning toward DR but I recall some
nasty comments made earlier.

Any other multiple object type linkers you know about can be
promoted to me as well.
