If anyone knows how to interface Commmodre 64 and the UNIX system here
at AT&T IS, please inform me. I would like to use this interface for
file transfer as well as printing.

A good way to do file transfer between the 64 and UNIX is by using
Xmodem. Xmodem is the cp/m based file transfer protocol. See if you
system has the protocol and if so then I will be glad to send you
the source to xmodem. As for the rest of the interface you were
refering to -- could you be more specific?
