OK...I'll tell you...first, don't muck around with a teleport, I seem
to recall having trouble on level 10 with it (seems to usually end up
in rock, although the map doesn't appear that way)

and now the answer to level 10...how you get there...

from the elevator on level nine, there is a room to the left.  Go in.
this room is 2x2, and the corner of the room diametrically opposed to the
first entrance is a chute to level 10.  When you arrive, there is a cute
little message, and a teleporte behind you back to the castle.  Of course,
there is a hallway in front of you, and a most annoying set of teleporters.
