Open TenFourFox. In the "Bookmarks" menu, click on "Show All
Bookmarks." A new window will open with five buttons. Click the one
at the far right (the "star cycle" icon) and select Import Data From
Another Browser, then select Safari.

This apparently only work for Bookmarks. i have had to re-enter
passwords manually, but fortunately had a master list kept elsewhere.
You can find your user names for the sites you visit by opening Safari
and going to Preferences>Autofill and clicking on the "Edit" button
next to "User names and passwords."
