Thanks to Mike Webb and Bernie Eiben for submitting the latest version
of FINDBAD, the program that does a non-destructive read of the entire
disk and makes a directory entry allocating all bad sectors to it.
This prevents CP/M from using these sectors again, thus "locking out"
bad sectors.
Filename Type Bytes CRC
Simtel20 directory MICRO:
FBAD57.AQM.1 COM 21888 9B77H
This new version has the option to display the track number being
scanned, instead of the usual "*****" as sectors are read. Also
recently added is a character counter to prevent ** runoff to the
right.
See the source code for instructions on how to use the program.
