hey List,
greetings from a godzilla free day in tokyo. i just finished
Legend of Xanadu II which truly kicks butt! i wonder if i should have
played the first Xanadu first though. i hope it doesn't pale too much
in comparison. that will liekly be next though i think the Tengai
Makyou games are next (TM III i had gotten very far in but lost the
file so i will start again). i've heard and read praise for both Tengai Makyou II and Xanadu II.
what are your opinions on some of the best RPGs? i love Cosmic
Fantasy IV part 1, Gulliver Boy, and Exile II among, of course, the Ys
games, Dragonslayer I (haven't played much of II) and many more.
before i post a ranking list, what do you think. what have you played?
what would you like to play that you haven't yet? finally, so now with Xanadu II...where does this fall in the
Dragonslayer series? what number is this? do all the games share any
common charcteristics? i've played legacy of the wizard for the NES
also. so, the music in this xanadu II game is great though i am surprised
at how much PCM there is and how little there is off the CD. the
graphics and especially in the battle are great. the 2 player mode and
the VERY cool PRemium Mode are fantastic bonuses.
