It's a flash card that lets you put up to 32 Megabits of PC Engine or 
Turbografx games on it and play them in your console.  It is made by Tototek and works 
great(at least it did with revision 1.3 of the software... I cannot vouch for 
the current version as they have messed it up in a couple of the past 
revisions).
