How diffucult is that region switch mod? I've been doing some solder work
myself and I've EASILY replaced LEDs for almost every system I own and put a
region switch on the Gamecube.

It's pretty straightforward, but a lot of soldering (40 solder points 
in all using an 8 PDT switch).
It's one of the more common mods people do on the Turbo.  Take about 
1.5-2 hours to do the whole thing.

Now the S-Video mod, that's a bit more unusual.  Worked that out fairly 
recently and can do it fairly well, but ain't fast.

What other mods (other than the RGB and RCA mods) have people done on 
the Turbo/PCE?
