The PC-FX only sports a V810 processor running at about 21.5 mhz, while
colors would be no problem, this is sorely lacking to support PCE emulation.
However there is a PCE emulation project for the dreamcast, you can
check out www.dcemulation.com. It doesn't have sound yet, or CD/SCD/ACD
support, but it looks very promising.
Speaking of the PC-FX, I still dream of owning one, and I have an extra
Turbo Duo I'd be willing to trade for one, if anyone is interested.
