Does anybody out there know the cost per minute of the various dial-up
services and the general quality of each. My impression is that for
most home computer users, these services can be very costly (like .5-1$ per min)
so that a typical session (1/2 hour can cost you $15-20 bucks). I need this info
for Christmas so any help on this would be appreciated.
