There has been another converter available on the market, I am wondering
if this one is better. The price is a lot more reasonable than the last
one since this one is being mass produced.

The think that confuses me is that it says it works in 4 button mode.
Are they refering to I, II, Run, Select? I want to make sure it does 6
button mode for street fighter II.

Does it make a difference if it's a cable for a US Duo?

Well I'm wondering... It was a US seller (Indiana) and I'm in the
US, but the power supply he sent was a generic German made
220 volt 50 HZ one (European I guess?). What makes me
wonder is that the seller said everything was tested and worked
fine...

I know it doesn't allow emulation. I have a very nice arcade stick for
the playstation that I would like to use for the PC Engine for Street
Fighter II, and my other Arcade Card games. My question is if it will
allow my arcade stick to work in six button mode. This is the arcade
stick I have:

I have a Turbo Stick, but that doesn't have six buttons.

This just lets you plug a PSX controller into a TG-16, it doesn't have
game
emulation.

TurboPads and TurboSticks are still cheap, if not easy to find, so I
don't
understand why anyone would want this.
