I know it's kinda off Turbo topics but this is a re-make of the classic
Turbo Game and I know at least a FEW turbo listeres own this
DVD-Rom....so.....

As the subject says I am attempting to install this great DVD-Rom.... I get
stuck installing on one of the first files off the DVD.
D:\ys1_win\save\_??.TXT
I know I could use Deamon Tools and edit the install inf and change the copy
*.* to *.dat because thats all it really needs from that folder....
Anyhow I have all Windows based OS's on Multi-boot 98se ME 2000 XP 2003 wich
would be easyest?
Or can I use any version?

Anyone?
Thanks.

Hey, folks.

Has anybody ever had any Turbo-related dreams? Of
course, I have had a few, but my most recent one two
nights ago was a little weird...

I was hanging out with an old friend of mine... (He
was the one who first told me about the Famicom Disk
System's existence when we were in junior high school)
and he pulled out of his bag a "rare" find: a US
SuperGrafx machine! Yep, on its front in orange
embossed letters, it said: "TurboGrafx (16) (<-- in a
circle) SuperGrafx). I didn't believe it so I
compared it to the Japanese SG that I just happened to
have in my bag... and yes, it was true! I asked him
where he got it from, and he just said he had "family
connections..."

Weird dream, or what?

I don't know if I would want a TG dream. What if I dreamed about being
forced to play "Sherlock Holmes" or "It Came from the Desert???"
Nooooooooo.......

i've had a few turbo inspired dream but the worst was after the hours
upon hours of playing the rock-scissors-paper game in the SCD Gunbuster
vol.2. see, if you lose a particular round, the screen on the stage
noriko is on says "you lose" and there is blood on it. so one night,
after trying to prove to my friends at a party that this was a winnable
game, i dreamt that noriko sliced me to ribbons with the scissors while
singing that stupid song she sings over and over and over and
over...what a cool SCD game that one is. btw, playing sherlock holmes isn't all that bad. it's a pretty
enjoyable game actually. peace~george
