I'm not sure about the recharable pack, but you'd probably be better
off just getting a pack of rechargeable batteries instead. I'd be
worried about the age of that pack and not holding any charge, plus the
rechargeable batteries are probably cheaper.
The new convertor looks like it would work, but I don't have a TE
anymore to test it. Also, what you heard about the Kisado not fitting
the Express is wrong. I used a Kisado in an Express just fine in the
past, it works great.
As far as games to play, the TE is good for any games that don't need
passwords. You can barely make out text on the TE screen making it easy
to copy down an incorrect password. Pretty much that just rules out
games like Neutopia and the quest mode in Final Lap Twin. I don't
remember anything working poorly at all on a small screen tho.
The AC adapter does not come with the TE, it's a seperate item.
You might find a carrying case off of ebay or something, I see them
floating around every now and then, but never seen one at any of the
online retailers.
