Can anyone give me instructions for screen installation of Turbo Pascal
on my ATR8000?  
Specifically, my problem is this:
	From the Turbo editor, whenever I do a CTRL-Y(delete line),
	the bottom screen border increases in size by one line
	in length.  This throws the whole display off.
