 I have recently acquired a MPP-1000C modem. The smart terminal software
 supplied with it does not indicate what type of terminal it emulates.
 Does anybody know what terminal type I can specify when I log in on
 unix that would send the correct control characters so that vi would not
 work in the open mode.
