Hello Turbolist,

I have not posted for a while, so I thought I would say something.

A few days ago I took my Turbo Duo over to a friends, with Ys. I forced my 
friend to play. I don't know how it is, but I never get tired to telling 
people the first time players about the little hints to get you some extra 
gold there at the start of the game. (buying the ring, returning it to that 
dude, the golden vase in the pond etc).

It got me thinking about Ys in general. It have not heard any new news from 
NCS about the release of the us ver of Ys Eternal  (was that the one?) for 
the PC.  I have heard that the PS2 is getting a new Ys game. and well, at 
this point I must admit. Even though I am a big Ys Fan, I am confused. How 
many different versions ie. Ys Eternal, Ys Compleate and so on were 
released in Japan?  What IS going to be released here (rumors or facts)

Would anyone mind listing the history of the release of the Ys Titles AFTER 
it left the turbo?  I know there was 4 mask of the sun, and 5 on Super 
Fami.... what came after that?

Also... Is there any good Ys websites anymore?  There used to be a few cool 
ones, now they all seem to have vanished.

In other news, I have made some updates on my site, I think you all should 
check it out. I have added some new "Turbo Venders" to my links section. I 
try to keep the most up to date and complete list of placed to buy turbo 
goods on the net. Please let me know if you know of any places I should 
add, or corrections that need to be made. I am aware that I need to go 
through many of the older links and "review them again for content," 
however I do belive all links are working.

Falcom's website recently confirmed that there will be an Ys VI to come out 
soon.  It and a new Legend of Heroes game will both be in 3D.  I'm not quite 
sure what to think about that.  Of course...neither game will be released 
outside of Japan, anyways...so it's sort of irrelevant.  Ys V wasn't that 
great, anyways.  Falcom's music has declined greatly since the early 90s, 
too, imho.
