[decisions -- decisions]

With all the latest upgrade announcements and predictions coming out for
the Mac, I think this is an exciting and confusing for Mac owners. For
example, I am trying to upgrade my Mac System and the next step is no
longer a simple choice.

I have a "slim" Mac with just the one disk drive. I have been saving my
nickles and dimes intrying to improve the system. I thought that I would
try to get an external disk drive first, and then get the memory upgrade.
But now there are announcements/rumors of a double-sided disk drive Real
Soon Now and possibly a decent hard disk system. I've even heard rumors of
another upgrade for still more features.

Now I know that with a new machine like the Mac, there will always be
improvements along the way, but I am still unsure of my next step. I would
be interested in hearing what other Mac owners think of as the logical
system improvement path.

Mail or post responses. If I get enough mail, I'll post results to the
net. Thanks.
