Subject: Motteke Tamago Translation
Hi listers,
I'm working on an English translation of Motteke Tamago, the Naxat game
which came as a pack-in for the final Super PC Engine Fan magazine. This
game has several similarities to Bomberman, and is generally fun.
I know it can be played without Japanese knowledge, and there isn't a HUGE
amount of text in the game, but I never quite knew how to play **properly**
until I started translating it.
I hope to be finished with the patch sometime in the next week or so.
Once upon a time, I had asked if anybody would like to volunteer to help
with translations like this one, and somebody had volunteered to help
re-format an instruction manual in a professional manner.
I think this would be a great candidate for the treatment, especially since
I'm getting the text of the instruction manual translated. :-)
The manual is a total of 8 pages, including the front and back covers. It
is mostly color pictures and captions; not too much "pure text".
It's been a while since I talked about this stuff, and I don't remember who
volunteered at the time (but I might be able to find it if I search email
archives...). Anyway, please let me know if you're interested in doing
this manual !
