Up till now, I thought that a Cardco G with an Epsonish printer would
produce an exact replacement for a Commodore MPS801, 1525, or 1526 printer
(in terms of capabilities and control character comprehension). Recently I
saw a piece of software with the notice "Does not print correctly using
Cardco interfaces; M/W 802 recommended". Can anyone enlighten me on the
differences? Or should I buy an MPS801 and forget about being able to hook
it up to non-Commodore equipment?
Will summarize to net whatever informative I receive. Thanks in advance.
