I need to tune the system time on a C64 so that it
is more accurate (I use it as a device controller
which runs for many days at a time). I know how to
do this on a VIC 20. On the VIC the system initializes
a countdown timer at location 37158-9 to expire every
1/60th of a second. I just poke a slight correction to
the low order byte, and can tune it to about a second
a day.

Is there an equivalent location on a C64? When I peek
at the CIAs (where I expect to see the value) I don't
see an appropriate looking value.
