Subject: Question about TV Sports series...

Wow, here is a wierd question for everyone.

I was talking with a friend earlier today about old games we used to play
and we got to talking about the TV Sports titles.

As a part of this, I recalled clearly seeing a CD that contained all three
TV Sports games on one disc. It was something I had seen years ago
when these things were still coming out new and I had looked at it as
a possible gift. (This is what I remember).

I checked with the person I thought I got it for, and they have no memory
of it. My friend that I was talking to this morning when I remembered this
has no recollection of it as well. ...and I can seemingly find no reference
to something like this on the web.

So... am I just remembering a dream or something? Was there ever a CD
release like this? Boy I'm feeling stupid even asking about this if it never
was real.

Sigh...

Eagerly awaiting to hear from everyone on this...

If there was one, I'm guessing it would have been a PC release. Or maybe
Amiga even.

It was Amiga! You're right. It was one of the first CD releases for
the peripheral A500 CDROM (you know, the one that looked like a cross
between a toaster and a VCR).

Crap! That's right... I totally remember now, and I remember why
I was looking to buy it and didn't. My brother-in-law was planning
to buy an CD32, and I was looking at some games to buy him for
it as a present... he didn't get the system, so I didn't buy the game...

Ok, it all comes back now. That's a relief. I thought I was going
senile for a moment =?

Thanks!

Bryan

-one word: WOW!

i don't know what it was but the sound suddenly became a 100 percent better
i actully got a little misty hearing the music and noticed something i think

The choral track that is used in the opening menu is the same. The rest of
the GBA game's soundtrack is either new compositions or new arrangements of
classic themes. (to my knowledge, MOST of Dracula X's music was remixed old
themes and a lot of the levels are remakes from old games too... they took
the best of everything and mixed it together - probably why it's most
peoples' favorite CV game).
