I was doing some link housekeeping and noticed these two pages
are no longer answering...

The Turbo List Home Page
http://joyce.eng.yale.edu/~bt/turbo/

and

Turbo Mailing List Home Page
http://www.mbnet.mb.ca:80/~jhildebr/

Does anyone know what happened? Did they move?

Thanks,

Bryan

As Joan pointed out to the list a few days ago, the web
service on joyce are currently down. No word on when they
will be back up. The link shoudl still be considered
"active," just that I cannot prove it right now.

The PCECP.com pages are not on joyce, so you can access
them in the mean time (and if this goes on much longer,
I will make a duplicate of the Turbo list pages available
on PCECP.com)

Ok... Actually when I went to send this question originally I found
that I have apparently not been subscribed since mid-June. This is
wierd and you might want to fix this in your sub system.

I unsubed my old address "gmezero@gz.bomb.com" that I was
getting the list at and subed a new address "bryan@gamezero.com"
to get the list. The request tool replied to my sub as having
been successful and it sent me the "help file" as well... Apparently
it was not successful. After I did a stat today and found myself not
really on the list anymore, I tried using the add comand, and poof,
now I'm back on the list.

I'm sorry if this is rambling, but you might want to fix the response
to "sub" so that it tells people to use the "add" command to add
their address to the list, otherwise you may have more people like
me thinking that the list just died only not following up on it.

Byran
