I bought an 80-column card from a place here, which went out of business,
2 weeks after i bought it. OK, now the problem, when i try and boot
my visicalc program, certain sectors of the screen have some kind of
bizarre static. It is in some sort of pattern like large blocks of
static, and I have no idea what is causing it. It seems to work fine
in normal operation- only problem when i use visicalc.
And the thing is, no other Apple dealer will fix it because they say
this shop was officially closed before I bought it so warranties are
no good.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
My system is:
Apple IIe
Apple's 80-column card
and disk drive etc.
Thanks in advace
