Subject: Looking for manuals & cases
Hey all...
I know this is a long shot, but I got quite a few incomplete titles that I
thought I would through out in the open to see if anyone had what I needed
to make my collection more complete.
I need manuals for the following games:
HU Splaterhouse
HU Final Lap Twin
The following games I only got the Hu Cards w/ sleave. (so I need case and
manual)
HU MotoRoader
JHU Load Runner Lost Labyrinth
JHU Naxat Open
HU Bomberman
HU Alien Crush
HU Sonic Spike
HU Deep Blue
HU Bonks Adventure
JHU F-1 Pilot
JHU BE BALL
JHU New Zealand Story
JHU City Hunter
HU Military Madness
HU Dragon's Curse
HU Blazing Lazers
The following I need Hu card cases for
HU King of Casino
HU Super Star Soldier
HU Silent Debuggers
JHU Moto Roader 2 (I am a fool!)
Uhhh... and I only got the CD for this one..
JCD Side Arms Special
Ok, so now that you read through all these and are rolling on the floor
from Laughter let me tell you... I did not loose any of this stuff
myself! Some bastard I traded games with in JR high school lost my Bonks
stuff when he returned it. I should have kept his Cyber Core as hostage!
:( As for the others... well, Motoroader 2 I thought was complete when I
bought it, but it wasn't. And the others are results to trades, deals to
good to pass up, or Game Dude (they suck).
If you got anything I need, I will do the happy dance for you. What? You
want something else? Uhhh I don't have any money... but I got lots of PC
Engine titles... perhaps we could work out a trade. I even have a few Neo
Geo Cds laying around.
Thanks for looking...

Hey Turbofans...
I see not much is going on around here as of late, but for some reason all
I want to do is talk bull about Turbo Games... heh. ( I did not even read
anything on the list for like 6 months...) Maybe it has to do with getting
new games. Whenever I get new games and am all excited about Turbo Games
again. It's funny, every 6 months to a year (sometimes longer) I get a new
game or two, and my collection gets a little bigger. I still have a long
way to go, tell I have most of the games.
Ok, now to the reason of the post. I was just looking through my games,
and was suddenly reminded of the wonderfull "Orange" stickers all the Hu
card cases had for the Turbo Grafx... Then the went to black with a colored
square in the left corner. What is up with that? Lets have a debate
here... who liked the Orange better than the Black with the colored square
(ok, I know they both suck. just humor me). Speaking of that colored square
in the upper left corner... does anyone know if this meaned anything at
all? Or was it just random? I notice that the Japanese Hu cards (that
look much better btw) have the rectangle color with "HuCard" in it... or in
some cases "Irem" or "NamcoT" looks like each company selected it's own
color. For example: all "NamcoT" hu cards have a Red Rectangle...
So those are my thoughts...

I prefer the black with color bar to the orange label, but that's just me. I
also like the later Super CD spines way better than either. As for the
different colors, they correspond to the different genres. I don't
remember the exact scheme, but it was like yellow for RPGs, green for adventure, blue for
shooting (I think)... Anyway, if you have any outer cardboard boxes, they say
what the genre is and have a strip of color corresponding to the genre. =]
