Gawd this jerk sure does get around.

I added a follow up post to the one greg made. I'm really sick of seeing
this guy around... I've had no luck with any of the legal avenues I've tried
with this guy. Even the local police brushed me off when I called :(.

I agreed to let him send me the turbo stuff he sent, so technically I don't
really have a claim in small claims court anymore (. I was thinking the TV
news, but we'd need to make an organized effort. I think the local news
might have something to offer (you know how they do those local stories on
people who have been ripped off by a business...)

I've filed everywhere I can think of... I wish we could do something about
this guy. My best suggestion is the more you harp on the bastard the more
likely he is to send your things. It is prolly more effort for him to keep
evading you, than it is to just pay you off.

Stay on top of him!
