I would like information on the Corit package for Mac. This is the
"advanced" text editing package, with more features than TextEdit. There
are several references to it in Inside Mac, indicating that it is not part
of the ROM but rather takes up part of the application's memory space.
So where does CoreEdit live? Where is it documented? Any info or
pointers appreciated.

Core Edit is a package described in the very early Inside Macintosh manuals.
Since then, Apple has decided to eliminate it.
