Release notes for SumacC were posted on USENET a month or so ago.  (Please
don't ask me for a copy because I only have it in hard copy.)  According to
the notes, SumacC is still in beta release and is available only over the
ARPA net.  The notes specifically say that the folks at Stanford are not
equipped to duplicate tapes and disks.  Sorry about that...
