I've recently purchased a used Smarterm ][ 80-column card (sans documentation)
for my Apple ][+.  I haven't seen any recent ads for the manufacturer
(Advanced Logic Systems), so I'd like to know if anyone in netland has
any information on the following:

1. Is Advanced Logic Systems still in business, and if so, what is their
   current address/telephone #?

2. Does anyone have documentation for this card?  I'm particularly interested
   in the control card sequences for activating the card's features.  Also,
   a listing of the ROM code would be great.
