I got an official copy of MacTerminal 1.1 from my dealer. I cannot get
either "macput" or "macget" to work. Is there a new version for version 1.1?
I HAVE sucessfully used "umodem" to transfer a text file to and from the Mac
using MacTerminal 1.1, over the same phone line.

When trying to do a macput I get:

tarting handshake timeout
tarting handshake timeout
tarting handshake timeout
giving up

When trying to do a macget I get nothing.

I presently have the mac(get|put) for version 0.5 with the -o option
for the prerelease.

Thanks much...

Yes, I have seen this problem, it happened to me... Here's what ya gotta do:

Go into the "File Transfer" menu, set the Other systems type to:

		MacTerminal
Make sure the other box is checked to XMODEM, you'll get it to work then.
The problem is that you have to tell macterminal to explicitly
RECIEVE a file, if the other program isn't macterminal, and Macput/get
look functionally like Mactermianl to a macintosh...

		'Hope that helps...
