A cross reference program for Microsoft Basic in Microsoft Basic.  For those of you
who aren't familiar with cross reference programs, the program produces a
sorted printed listing of all variable names and numbers used in a program.
Each symbol is printed along with the numbers of the lines it appears in.

Very handy utility to use when debugging MS Basic.  It is very helpful when
using VARPTR to find out where you created that new variable, especially
when GOSUB1150 is a variable and GOSUB 1150 is a subroutine call.
