I've discovered the absolute best game available on the VIC! It's called
Lode Runner (put out by Broderbund Software). It has (apparently) over
100 different screens and involves running around collecting gold bars. In
itself, this is nice but the clincher is that it has an editor to allow you
to make your own screens! Thus, you can have a completely new game every time
you play (and experiment with any type of setup that you want).

However, the reason for this posting is not to tell you about the game.
I NEED HELP!!! I reached the fifth level and couldn't find any way to get
one of the bars. It's in the middle of the screen and a little more than
halfway up to the top. The problem is that it's over a trap door and, unlike
other trap doors, when you fall through, you don't get the gold. Thus, you
can't get to level 6.

Any suggestions from players?

Regarding my last posting, the problem that I wanted help on no longer exists.
I'm attributing the problem to overheating (since I sure can't explain it
otherwise). All of my positive comments stand. I hope that the
pseudo-problem didn't discourage anyone from getting the game.
