The "Monaco" font resources in Macterminal 0.15 are numbered -16375 & -16384
To replace them, renumber them, move the Monaco font resources numbered
521 & 512 and renumber them -16375 & -16384 respectively.
Remember that -84 is smaller than -75.
Every time I tried to get rid of the old fonts, the resource mover would
crash, ruining the macterminal file. So I just left them there with "random"
numbers.
