15 A NO-FRILLS ALTERNATE CURSOR
Short BASIC/ML program to give you a bliking
underline cursor, instead of the normal
block cursor. Has some limits, such as
		that it occupies page 6.
25 CLIMBER
		BASIC game (16K/24K cassette/disk). Climb a
		"building" and jump over "munchkins".
29	MINI COMP
A BASIC program to COMPILE (yes, COMPILE) a
subset of BASIC to ML. Accepts assignment,
		addition/subtraction, if-then, <, =, gosub,
return, peek and poke statements. Needs
		40K disk.
33 P/M CREATOR/ANIMATOR
		Very flexible Player-Missile editor in
BASIC (16K/24K). Also allows you to create
players for animation and view them in succession.
39	FIRE BUG
Another Hudson/Peacock ML game (from BASIC
		program. Firebug has to tunnel
underground to avoid a variety of atomically
mutated baddies. Supposed to have great
action, scrolling, sound and graphics. 16K/24K.
56	ANOTHER BASIC BUG
Yet another bug in ATARI BASIC. Seems that the
VAL function and GET statement together in a program
can cause unwanted alterations in character strings.
57 GRAPHICS 8 CHARACTER GENERATOR
BASIC subroutines (with assembly listings) that
allow you to generate characters (Atari built-in
or your own) on a graphics 8 screen. This lets
you do things like mix graphics and text, print
at angles, double space, print backwards, etc.
65	DARK HORSE
BASIC simulation of a presidential election campaign.
		16K/24K.
HARDWARE REVIEWS: Casadapter (SAR-AN) - "A grade of 9 on a scale of
					 1-10 IF the manual were
					 VASTLY improved."
		  ATR-8000 (Southwest Microcomputer Products) -
					"A truly innovative product"

SOFTWARE REVIEWS: Family Finances (Atari) - "A real value"
	          Top-Dos (Eclipse Software) - "GREAT"
Donkey Kong Jr. (Atari) - "Good Fun"
BOOK REVIEWS: Dr. C. Wacko's Miracle Guide to Designing and
Programming your own Atari Computer Arcade Games -
					    "Good, Introductory reference
					     Book"
PLUS: Editorial, Reader Comments, "Griffin's Lair", "Boot Camp",
      New Products columns.

NOTE: "Ask Mr. Forth" is a new column that replaces
	      "Ask Sally Forth".
NOTE: "BASIC Training" column kinda sorta takes over
where the "Our Games" column left off, in that
that they will develop a BASIC game...however,
readers will NOT design the game.
