As a C user, I'd love to think my favvorite game was written in it.
Your odds of getting a date with Bo Derek are much better than
getting the source from Atari! I've read that FORTH was used to write some
games also. I'd like to know what hardware and micros are insdie the
SW game too. This game user VECTOR graphics (like Battlezone and Tempest
and Vectrex home arcade), not usual RASTER scan. Atari calls their vector system
Quatrix (sp)?. From its writing speed, I'd guess they use digital (differentail analyzer)
vector generation, rather than analog as in the Vectrex, but just a guess.
My local arcade SW machine failed mildly in an analog sort of way, so...
I'd guess a 6809 or two for the MPUs, and a bit-slice vector cruncher if it
is indeed digital.	mike k
