In response to Solo's line, "...never see her again", I think a
better follow-up would have been a scene where Solo has a chance
to see a severly damaged Falcon and go through a "Lando, gee I'm glad
you're back....WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SPACESHIP??????", scenario.
