I have just acquired an Atari 400, and have nothing else.

I am soliciting advice about whether I should (pick one):
1) Buy an Atari 410 cassette recorder now, or
2) Buy an Atari 1010 recorder.

The attractive feature about the 410 is that I can buy it and an
(essential) Basic cartridge for $109, as a Programmer Kit.

My real question concerns the relative advantages and disadvantages
of the two recorders and your estimate of the monetary value
of those differences.

Thanks,
