Hi,
while the atari.org news article is pending, I'll give it a try here, too: I've come back to my forgotten child, mxPlay.
Except the boring stuff (bugfixes) I guess the most interesting one is this: the player supports asap (http://asap.sourceforge.net) and xmp (http://xmp.sourceforge.net) replay routines what makes it the most feature rich player Atari has ever seen since the times of Cream's Jam player ;-)
It comes with a prize, both are 060/FireBee/ARAnyM only. On the brighter side, it's probably the first replay routine for MODs (etc..) files which is completely hardware independent, 100% XBIOS and interrupt-free stuff.
But, to make happy also the rest of Falcon fans, there are some 030 plugins included, too. For example MGT or GT2 is always nice to have with playlist, you can take modules from Just Musix 4 and listen to them in a multitasking OS.
