NVDI availability in 2013 [message #33092]

Would anyone know where to acquire a copy of the latest version of
NVDI? I can't seem to locate my old copies and I am trying to rebuild
my systems. The old website http://www.nvdi.de/gb/NVDI5.html and
http://www.application-systems.de don't have it or respond.

Here is my equipment.
MEGA ST 4
1040 ST
Ambery Box
SC1224
SM124
40 MB Shoebox HardDrive
ST Multi Sync monitor adapter cable
True Mouse
