I have purchased a book entitled "The Explorer's Guide to the ZX-81 and
Timex Sinclair 1000". It is written by Mike Lord and published by Reston
Publishing Co. a Prentice-Hall Company.

The book contains a description of the ROM routines (including the source code
for cassette load and dump), a bunch of games, application notes (including
the listing of a linear programming program in BASIC), some useful utilities
(like RAM and ROM tests), and a few hardware modifications (like RAM expansion
cards and an I/O card).

All in all I think the book is well worth the $12.95 I paid for it.

				Sincerly,
				    Jeff Glasson
