Is there any market in old software packaging?
I know there's a lot of collectible stuff out there but - RayDream 3D boxes?
I'm anal enough to want to keep the software, I'm just wondering about
the packaging.

thanks

If you find one, let me know, I may have a fortune lurking in the back of my closet 8-P

And a Strata "Uglyfish" box. That might get me laughed at on Ebay :-)

I just filled up the recycling bin. Made enough room on the shelves to
get the crap up off the floor.

In a way, yes there is a market for it.  If you are selling the software you will tend to get more for it if you have all of the original packaging, books, etc.  For the packaging alone?  Shy of finding either a collector or someone who has the software but not the packaging who want or need the complete setup, I don't see a market, but rather than throw the stuff out, I'd put it up on ebay or something of that nature where you have a huge buying audience.

Amen brothers and sisters. I have old packaging from 3 platforms. I hate
to see it as waste but it is in the way. A real albatross of vintage
history.
