Okay, we think it's the Power Supply. Any other things it could be?

Press button, no chimes, nothing. Changing power cord does nothing.
Zapping PRAM and a few other tips on Apple's site does nothing.

It's the 2.4 gHz iMac that's DOA.

Thanks, guys, for any input on it, before I take it to Apple or
buy a new power supply and try to put it in myself.

Reset the SMC:

Unplug everything (USB too), including power cord.

Press Power Button for 15 seconds.

Plug power cord back in.

Wait 5 seconds.

Press Power Button.
