This is a P6A, i.e. the 16 sector WozMachine.

There should have been a 341-0009 (P5) PROM with disk controller
firmware. If your card is basically working, you can inspect its
contents by looking into $C600 .. $C6FF with the Monitor.

I'm not game to try it the way it is. This is pretty much the way I received it with the addition of a couple of LS chips. Given its meant to be a 341-0009 its not right with a 341-0006 in it.
