Mike Westerfield -- can you chime in? It seems Syndicomm has a monopoly on certain things - ByteWorks, APDA, APW products -- can't the owners of those copyrights and inventory find a new vendor? Hell, I've got a garage and an internet connection, I'll do it.

Byteworks is sold by Juiced.gs, others are available at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/19r4nKhrpnq48rLhglke7 3Ovp33E9_xKr

Do you have an order outstanding?
Tony claims to be working through the order backlog. Is there a problem
ATM?

Anyone with a query about an outstanding order is requested to raise a
ticket:

https://store.syndicomm.com/tickets/index.php?a=add

Is there a problem with the ticketing system? The site won't let me enter a name or password and it seems you can't submit the ticket without them.

You have to log in. Then your username and password are filled in for you. I had the same problem. Those fields are auto-fill.

Thanks Tom. Makes sense.... but it seems to have dropped my account, I can't reset my password (it says unknown email address -- but its the address it sent order acknowledgement to last year)

My account is dead as well, been waiting since May 20, 2018. That guy is a trainwreck, re the meltdown post he put up last year. Had he any decency, he would pass on the distribution rights to a responsible adult. kthxbye

Why have you made the assumption that he is not interested in running the
store?

Fair point, it is an assumption, so maybe I'm wrong, the evidence seemed to be saying that (paid) orders weren't shipping. If they are shipping and its all good I'll be the first to order.
