IIgs-related text files from textfiles.com are on there too.

BTW, Uthernet II cards are still available from A2RetroSystems if you weren't aware (http://a2retrosystems.com).

Chuckle, I think I'd have to pay someone to take them away....I couldn't even give a couple away not to long back... sent them to recycle in the end. :/

For the Uthernet and Local Talk deprived... you can go the PPP bridge...
IIgs - Marinetti - RasPi - Internet -
or any other pi
You won't get better than 19.2k less overheads this way.
I have to admit I still don't have this working, but I've had a bit on my plate.

From anonymous guy on my server:
Getting the Cisco to work was a pain in the rear.
The software on the router is the first obstacle. There are literally dozens if not hundreds of different versions of the software for any given model of Cisco router. Only a small few of them support routing of AppleTalk traffic. They (the softwares) are also paywalled by Cisco. If you don't have a paid account with them (enterprise level costs), you will have to go a-pirating. AT YOUR OWN RISK!
After getting a version of the software that works (very difficult). Then there is the setup. It's different for every network and circumstance.
I actually had to do a course on Cisco routers and networking to grasp it.

Looks like the supported ended at IOS 12.4T; so you need an older Cisco router as the current offering will not be able to support that.
I will have to go check if I have an older router and check out the commands.
The AppleTalk feature removal will be permanent and will also apply to any future IOS releases after 12.4(24)T

I have since found a page which describes the Cisco setup. It is now linked
from the Wikipedia page for MacIP.
Now all I need is the software for the 1720.

Andrew, you shouldn't need to. The Cisco 1720 should have the correct IOS for the support, as I didn't think it make the IOS 15.0.
If you managed to start it up and see the boot sequence, you should be able to tell what IOS version you have.

I downloaded the archive and found a lot of .SEA files (self-extracting
ShrinkIt archives). The `nulib` program I've got on my linux box
doesn't want anything to do with these, so I took a peek and discovered
that the NuFX archive starts at 0x2ee5 (12005).
So, to turn these SEAs into SHKs on Linux:
SEA=name of SEA file
dd if=${SEA} bs=1 skip=12005 of=${SEA/.SEA/.SHK}
Worked for me, perhaps it will help someone else out.

I just rebuilt the newest nulib from its github repo:
https://github.com/fadden/nulib2.git
and it handles SEAs just fine, so this workaround is unnecessary.
