All the ones I know of are listed here:

About 8 years ago we nuked a couple csa2.* groups: .comm and .gno

As you can see from the list. which is sorted by date of last post, we only
have 4 active Apple II groups.

There's the Apple II and IIgs facebook pages that get quite a bit of traffic.
There's Apple II sections on Applefritter and 68kmla but they get less traffic than here or the Facebook pages

Thanks for the extra info, I was looking at newsgroups to replicate TLP BBS from the halcyon days and suck newsgroups into it. Looks like I have the most appropriate in there now.
