Good afternoon.
When I was deciding to buy the VidHD card, I watched a lot of videos and saw a lot of different brands of displays.
I had an older cheap Elements 1080p tv which I am using currently with the card.
Trying all the different display setting on the 📺, I get washed out color and the brightness is lacking.
Can I ask for manufacture and model number suggestions.
Thank you.

Hi Leon,
On the recommendation of John Brooks, I bought a Seiki 23.6" TV which works really well.
The specific TV I bought is this one:
https://www.target.com.au/p/seiki-23-6-fhd-tv-dvd-combo-sc24 -fdv/62078061
I got it when it was on sale a couple of months ago for AU$159 IIRC. The TV has HDMI, VGA, component, composite, and an in-built DVD player which I'll probably never use. I've tried the composite connection with my older Apple II's, but I think I only get a black and white image here. It works great with the VidHD and Nishida Radio DVI adapters for the IIgs though.
Overall, I am really happy with the display and build quality on this TV.
Cheers,
Mike

Nice looking display. Seems it is branded for the European and Australian markets. googling for that display only gives me non US locations. I checked Ebay as well and those displays are 32" and higher. Too big for the space I have.
Thank you for the recommendation.

I'm using a 32" hisense tv, it does a pretty good job, only trouble it 32" is pretty big... you need to sit well back from it. I'd like to find about a 15-17" 1080p monitor... (probably not going to happen)...
